  • Payments can be made via Cash on Delivery (COD), Mobile Banking (Bkash, Nagad, Rocket), or Bank Transfer.
  • Orders are processed upon confirmation, and we reserve the right to cancel any order due to unavailability or other reasons.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver across Bangladesh, and shipping charges may apply depending on location.
  • Standard delivery time is 3-7 business days, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Customers must provide a correct address and be available to receive the package.

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns or exchanges only in case of a defective or incorrect product.
  • Customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order with proof (photo/video).
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging to be eligible for a return/exchange.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the error is on our part.
